Before and during construction, you will be making many decisions. While the plans will dictate all decisions concerning the structural aspect of your home, your focus will be on items such as floor coverings, lighting, plumbing fixtures, cabinet styles, colors, etc.

To assist you, we have prepared the following selection list. We are always available to render our opinion or assist you in any way. We will also provide a list of suppliers that carry all items you need. Although we recommend using our network suppliers, you are certainly free to select from any source you choose.

Out of town customers are able to make their selection with ease since most items are available on a national basis. For example, if a customer in New York selects plumbing fixtures, they are readily available here for us to install.
