Wells Construction Corp. is a North Carolina Licensed General Contractor building over 130 custom homes in the Greater Wilmington Area (primarily in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach).

Wells Construction Corp. is a family run business. We have created an excellent network of dedicated sub-contractors who are willing and able to meet our high standards. Due to our requirements for personal supervision of your home and to ensure a pleasurable custom home building experience for our customers, we limit our workload during the year.

Communication throughout the construction of your custom home is vital. We listen to your needs and work together with you to meet those needs. On occasion during the construction process, we may see an opportunity to improve the house plans. If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss your options and gather your input.
