Thank you for considering Wells Construction Corp. to build your custom home. As always, we will deliver your quality built custom home on time and with care.

Before and during construction, you will be making many decisions. While the plans will dictate all decisions concerning the structural aspect of your home, your focus will be on items such as floor coverings, lighting, plumbing fixtures, cabinet styles, colors, etc.

To assist you, we have prepared a selection list to help guide you and keep everyone on track. We are available to render our opinion or assist you in any way. We will also provide a list of suppliers that carry the items you will be selecting. Although we recommend using our network of suppliers, you are able to purchase items elsewhere (and we can discuss the best way to accommodate these purchases).

A large majority of our customers live out of town. We help coordinate their time between vendors to make the most of their trips here. Many of the discussions thereafter can be done via phone and email. The process works well for owners who visit just a couple times during construction or who live here already!
